The thermometer is climbing, the fans and air con are working overtime, and our chocolate? Well, let's just say it's feeling the heat too. We're doing everything we can to keep our beautiful bars and gift sets in perfect condition, but even the finest Belgian chocolate has its limits when the British summer decides to actually show up.
As for the team — we're melting right alongside it. You'll find us huddled near the air con, not even sneaking the occasional broken piece that "didn't survive" the heat (unless it's for quality control purposes, of course).
In all seriousness, if you're ordering during this warm spell, rest assured we're taking extra care with packaging and dispatch to make sure your chocolates arrive in the best possible shape. We'd always recommend storing them somewhere cool and away from direct sunlight once they arrive — a cool cupboard or the fridge works perfectly.
