At Chocolate Solutions, we take great care to ensure your handcrafted chocolates arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. For large or corporate orders, please contact us for processing times. We'll be in touch to confirm timelines for bulk orders.

UK Delivery We deliver across the United Kingdom using tracked courier services. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days from dispatch. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Corporate & Bulk Orders For large volume orders, we work closely with you to agree delivery schedules that meet your requirements. Please contact us directly at sales@candcp.co.uk to discuss lead times and logistics for bulk orders.

Packaging All orders are carefully packaged to protect your chocolates during transit. Our premium gift packaging is designed to arrive presentation-ready.

Temperature & Seasonal Considerations During warmer months, we take extra precautions to ensure your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition. We may adjust dispatch days to avoid weekend transit delays. If an order has to go out during extremely hot weather, against our advice, we cannot be held responsible for any issue due to melting or blooming.
